Jun 19, 2025 · Outlook account locked I am posting on behalf of my sister her account keeps getting locked we once recovered it but it was locked again. we made a new account the same happened. and nothing was violated a simple email to a professor was sent with a cv attached. as we belong to pakistan so we can not use phone number to get a code.

May I please double confirm if the affected user is using classic Outlook or New Outlook client app?
